''Call of the Kotuku''
A mystical and intricately detailed artwork featuring the NZ Kōtuku which is symbol of things both beautiful and rare. The Kōtuku occupies an important place in Māori myth and folklore and due to it's rarity has achieved almost mythical status.
Frameless circular aluminium artwork
- Artwork is printed onto circular aluminium and there are hanging channels at the back that mean that the artwork will sit out from the wall 12mm.
- These artworks are relatively lightweight for their size.
- They are suitable for indoors OR outdoors. If outdoors it's best to place them in a position that doesn't get too much direct sunlight to decrease fading.
- Frameless circular glass wall artworks are also an option of you would like a smaller size (from 500mm diameter)
Frameless circular glass artwork
- Artwork is printed to circular toughened low iron glass and there is an mdf backing board at the back with two holes to hang artwork with suitably weighted dry wall / gib anchors (available from Mitre 10 or Bunnings).
- These artworks are quite heavy for their size so they work well for smaller sizes but it's best to create the larger sizes from lighter weight aluminium panel.
- They are suitable for indoors only but are suitable for bathrooms and can be wiped down.
- The image is printed to the back of the glass and the back is painted white so you cannot see through to the backing board and your wall.
